About me

About me

My name is Jeffrey Kusters and I work at ITQ Consultancy. I’m a Sr. Consultant working on SDDC, Cloud, NSX and IT Transformation projects in general. I’m also the practice lead for Hybrid Cloud and just recently agreed upon taking on the role of Technical Officer within ITQ’s new IT Transformation Services (ITTS) practice. ITQ delivers professional services on VMware technology. This is my personal blog about IT related stuff which will mostly be VMware and cloud technology related.

About my certifications

I strongly believe in the value of learning and certification. I don’t think anyone is particularly interested in reading a list of abbreviations of my achieved certifications but I am the proud owner of VCDX-DCV #252. I successfully defended my vSphere design in May 2017. I also passed my VCIX-NV exam in August 2016 and hopefully be able to submit a VCDX-NV design at some point in time and shoot for the double VCDX status. I am also aiming for the AWS Certified Solutions Architect certifications somewhere in 2017 and 2018.

About my vExpert 2016/2017 for life

I was recognized as a vExpert in 2016 for the very first time and in 2017 for the second time. I am also a vExpertNSX. With my VCDX certification I am automatically vExpert.  But the VMware community is all about giving back so I will still be doing my best to contribute just like before my VCDX. The VMware Community is insanely strong and H U G E. I’m very proud to be a part of it and the vExpert program. I hope this blog will allow me to give something useful back to the community.
